The mission of Dougherty & Associates is to provide professional techniques and expertise in the sale of convenience stores, fuel stations and tourist related businesses in the western United States. Through this process, we extend our commitment to match the right buyer with the right business opportunity using skilled analysis and sound real estate advice. Research and consultation provide the seller the methods needed to provide a comfortable balance between profit and loss and to feel confident in moving forward with due respect for privacy and integrity.
Don has been in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years. His experience includes owning a High Tech export company doing business in the Middle and Far East, consultant for companies involved with fuel grade ethanol facilities and the owner of a licensed building company, as well as the owner of a large real estate company with commercial, residential and property management divisions. He is a former military officer and is educated in engineering and business/liberal studies.

Pete Cunha, Agent for Dougherty and Associates, is a long time resident of the Rogue Valley. He specializes in the marketing and merchandising of grocery and retail businesses in Jackson and Josephine Counties. His 35 years of expertise and depth of knowledge in these fields provide a comfortable interaction with store owners and managers.
